The Guinean government on Sunday officially recognized the National Transitional Council (NTC) as the legitimate representative of the Libyan people, an official statement read on national radio indicated. A source close to the presidency said that Guinea\'s recognition of NTC comes after a similar move by many African countries as well as those from the other parts of the world. \"I think it\'s early to speak about sending a Guinean delegation to Libya, even though the National Transitional Council has officially been recognized by the Guinea Republic,\" a communication official at the office of the president who declined to be named said.
