German Ambassador to Malta Hubert Ziegler said here on Thursday that his country will be delivering 100,000 euros'' , about 140,000 dollars, worth of humanitarian aid to Libya via Malta. The supplies, including 300 pallets of drinking water, baby food and medical supplies, will leave the Mediterranean island on Friday, he said. "Malta has again fulfilled the high expectations as a functioning humanitarian hub for Libya," Ziegler said.
