Turkey’s Prime Minister will hold “a long” meeting with US President Barack Obama, on the margin of the UN’s General Assembly meeting in New York, Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bashir Atalay said on Saturday. In an interview conducted by Turkish CNN, Atalay said that the meeting is based on Obama’s request and that the US President is looking to discuss a number of issues that top the two countries’ priorities. He said that the meeting will tend to two main topics; combating the Kurdistani-Turkish Party and the strained Turkish-Israeli relations.
