At least four people were killed in a bomb blast Wednesday morning outside a main entrance to the High Court in New Delhi, Indian police said. "Four people have been confirmed dead, and 24 injured," Delhi police spokesman Rajan Bhagat told AFP. "I cannot say anything about the nature of the bomb yet." The most recent bomb attacks in India took place on July 13 when triple blasts killed 26 people in Mumbai.
