President Bashar al-Asad on Saturday sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Chile, Sebastian Pinera, on the occasion of his country's National Day. In his cable, President al-Assad expressed, on the behalf of the Syrian people and on his own behalf, heartfelt and best wishes to President Pinera and the friendly people of Chile.
