Violent clashes between “Government of National Accord” and “Rescue Government” forces continued since Friday in Abu Selim neighborhood in Tripoli. Security source said that, clashes are still happening and the two parties are using heavy weapons near “Hospitality Palaces” building that was controlled and used as a headquarters by National Accord forces since last March.
“Can hear explosions & artillery fire in south Tripoli. Condemn action by these militias who threaten security of Libya especially before Ramadan” Said Peter Millett, British Ambassador for Libya on his Twitter account.
