US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, Jeffrey Feltman, is expected to visit Lebanon next week in a two-day visit and will meet a number of officials and political figures as well as leaders of March 14 alliance. According to information, Feltman's visit will focus on two main issues; the repercussions of Syria's crisis on Lebanon, and the upcoming parliamentary elections. Principal |Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, Elizabeth Dibble, visited Beirut a few days ago as a preliminary visit to Feltman's trip to Lebanon.
