The Spanish court handling the case of fugitive Egyptian businessman Hussein Salem and his two children agreed to extradite Salem and his son Khaled to Egypt. The spokesman of the Ministry of Exterior Amr Roshhdy said: “The Spanish Attorney General’s Office contacted the Egyptian Ambassador to Madrid on Friday and informed him that the court has issued its sentence approving the extradition of Salem and his son Khaled to Egypt, however, it is still studying the case of Salem’s daughter.” The Cairo Criminal Court on Thursday sentenced Salem and his son to 15 years in prison.
