A bus bomb has struck the Philippines’ troubled southern region, killing ten people and injuring two, say military officials. The bus was reportedly pulling out of a transport terminal in Carmen town in the Cotabato province when the explosion struck. The South of the predominantly Christian country has been plagued by attacks by Muslim rebel groups for the past few decades.
