Head of the Arabian Gulf Centre for Iranian Studies Mohammed bin Saqr Al-Salami has affirmed that the Yemeni people's uprising came to end the Iranian project in Yemen following the Yemeni people suffering, particularly in the areas controlled by the coup militias over the past three years.
In a statement issued today, Dr. Al-Salami disclosed that the Yemeni uprising asserted that Tehran's regime directed these militias through launching hostile politics and slogans against the Arab region, particularly the neighboring countries, in addition to forcing the Yemeni people to accept religious and ideological traditions and practices imported from Iran.
He pointed out that the Yemeni people are optimistic and pushed by the national enthusiasm to eradicate the Iranian project inside Yemen, confirming that this public uprising will move to the rest of the Arab countries witnessing clear Iranian interference, especially the Lebanese situation.
Dr. Al-Salami added that there is a need that the Yemeni people must bypass differences and support the legitimate Yemeni government, pointing out that the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Member States must contribute to rehabilitate Yemen in the fields of politics, economy and development, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported
