Cairo – Mohamed Al Shinnawi
Egypt's Supreme Administrative Court has decided to postpone the appeal made by Mubarak, his two sons, former PM Ahmed Nadif and former Minister of Interior Habib al-Adly against the court ruling to jointly fine them 540 million Egyptian pounds for cutting off telecommunications service, cellular phones and SMS during the events of the revolution. The session has been postponed until October 3rd. Mubarak’s medical status remains a mystery as contradictory news about his health circulates at a time a lawsuit was filed by prosecutors as a solution by public prosecutors for fears of a judicial gap in Egypt.
