An Egyptian security source reported that Alaa and Gamal, the sons of ousted president Hosni Muabark, were officially transferred to the Torah prison annexe and confined to a solitary cell together. The Ministry of Interior (MoI) decided also to move former regime officials to five different prisons in response to public demands. The decision came after the increase in anger against the Military Council and the Police due to their failure to prevent the death of 74 people during the accident of Port Said Stadium. Citizens accused the forces loyal to Mubarak of acting behind or at least conspiring to the massacre.
