Egyptian authorities in Beheira governorate have arrested the person behind MP Hassan Al-Brence's car accident. The Head of the Security Directorate of Behera in co-ordination with the Traffic Police identifed the vehicle involved, allowing them to identify the culprit. On being confronted, the accused admitted to the charge but said that it was a normal accident and he did not know the identity of the other car rider. He was referred to the Attorney General for further investigation.
