Tripoli Revolutionary Council (TRC) leader Abdullah Naker announced on Monday the formation of the group\'s political arm, called Al-Qmmah. The leader also said in the announcement that rebels who wanted to be involved in the political process should be disarmed. The Al-Qmmah party manifesto says it aims to build a new Libya. Naker said the new party comprises about 66,000 members so far.
