Kusa announced his resignation from the Qaddafi regime in the midst of the revolution, after he was considered as one of the most prominent figures in Gaddafi’s regime. Kusa went to Britain, where he announced his resignation from his post as foreign, Minister, before leaving the UK to Qatar on April 12th.
