Council of Representatives Speaker Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla today received Oman’s Shura Chairman and the accompanying delegation and reviewed the solid bilateral relations and cooperation boosted by both leaderships’ keenness on further promoting them in various areas.

The Speaker welcomed the visit that highlights both sides eagerness to further enhance cooperation, chiefly in political, legislative and parliamentary fields. 

He condemned the terror acts sweeping across the region, which target undermining the Gulf security and stability, praising Oman’s supportive stances toward Bahrain in global forums and rejecting interference in Bahrain’s internal affairs. 

Oman’s Shura Chairman lauded Bahrain’s efforts to push forward with the royal reforms and countering terrorism. He also commended the Bahraini parliament’s legislation and laws for achieving more development and wellbeing.
