The Israeli police forces have turned the holy city of al quds and especially the area surrounding al aqsa mosque into a military barracks through the extensive preparations and concentrations of police and army personnel plus the border guards , for expected violence Friday following prayers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Israeli media reported. Entrance to the area will be restricted to women and men over the age of 45 with Israeli residency, The Jerusalem Post newspaper reported Friday. Extra officers will be stationed in East Jerusalem, the Old City and around the mosque, it said.
