Hamas's Prime Minister in Gaza Ismail Haniyeh on Wednesday met Qatari Crown Prince Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, and discussed the Palestinian cause, Hamas’s government spokesman, Taher Al-Nunu said. Al-Nunu praised the meeting as it was "positive and fruitful", and said they discussed Arab Spring issues that affected the Palestinian cause. The meeting also discussed the Palestinian national reconciliation and Gaza blockade. For his part, Qatari Crown Prince highlighted Qatar's commitment to the Palestinian cause and the welfare of the Palestinian people.
