Tunisia on Sunday sent back ex-Libyan prime minister Baghdadi al-Mahmoudi, a stalwart of slain former leader Moamer Kadhafi\'s regime, to face trial in Tripoli, a presidential source said. \"The Tunisian government has taken the decision to extradite Mr Mahmoudi alone, without consulting the presidency,\" the source said, adding that the extradition decree had not been officially signed by the presidency.
