The internal security forces announced the display of the explosives and their attachments at three in the afternoon, in the General Directorate building of the of Internal Security Forces in Ashrafieh, in front of the media based on relevant court references in this regard by the general attorney.  The relevant court withdrew this order, after minister of Justice Chakib Crdobawi asked the judge Samir Hammoud not to display them. Security sources alleged the explosives to weigh about 110 kilograms and be in 24 packets, four of them in the form of gas bottles each weighing 20 kilograms in addition to 20 explosives in circular form with a weight of between one kilogram and a half kilogram attached to the bottom of cars.
