Sami Anan, the Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces, will be meeting with Egyptian party peaders on Sunday to discuss the laws associated with the upcoming elections in the next few days. Ana will specifically discuss the laws for “electoral constituencies” of the People’s Assembly and Shura Council. The meeting will also be attended by a number of judicial advisors and consultants, and heads of old and new parties; excluding parties that are still undergoing formation. The chairman of the Higher Elections Committee, Abdel Moaz Ibrahim, suggested two dates for Egyptian elections on Saturday; the 21st November for Parliamentary elections and the 22nd January for its senate elections.
