A tomato developed in Italy is so rich in antioxidants that it grows black in color and can potentially ward off cardiovascular disease, scientists said. The Italian news agency ANSA reported Saturday that the tomato named the "Sun Black" is packed with lycopene, which has anti-aging properties.The so-called super tomato will officially be unveiled at the headquarters of the Coldiretti farmer's association on Wednesday in Rome, ANSA said.
