Enjoy a classic salad: rocket or watercress leaves, sliced pears, shaved parmesan and toasted walnuts. Dress with a vinaigrette made from balsamic vinegar. Pears and blue cheese are a lovely combination. Serve them together as a no-cook alternative to dessert when entertaining.
