Ingredients     1 kg : chicken pieces (thighs and drumsticks)     400g : chilli sauce     125ml : mayonnaise     1 tsp : brown sugar     125ml : milk or yogurt     150ml : chicken stock     salt and freshly ground black pepper Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease an ovenproof dish with food spray. 2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper and arrange them in the prepared dish. 3. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over chicken. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until done and golden brown.
