Heat a non-stick pan with oil spray. Cook onion and garlic until softened. Place in a large bowl. Step 2 Add remaining ingredients. Mix together with clean hands to combine well. Step 3 Spray an 8-hole muffin tin with oil. Divide mixture between holes, rounding the tops. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden-coloured and cooked through. Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, and gravy or relish. Garnish with flat-leaf parsley.
