Ingredients     3 tbsp garlic, chopped     2 tbsp onion, chopped     3 tbsp cooking oil     150g ground beef     100g small shrimp     250g each carrots, baguio beans and cabbage, julienned     1 tbsp sugar     1 tbsp fish sauce     1 tsp seasoning     Salt and pepper, to taste     5 lumpia (spring roll) wrappers     35g peanuts, for garnish     For sauce :     2-2/3 cup water     3 tbsp cornstarch     4-1/2 tsp sugar     2 tbsp soy sauce Preparation Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add ground beef and shrimp. Add remaining ingredients. Cook till beef is tender. Check for seasoning and keep aside. To make sauce, mix water, cornstarch, sugar and soy sauce. Boil until it thickens. Keep aside. To make rolls, place beef mixture on each wrapper and roll. Serve with sauce and peanuts.
