Prep time: 25 min Cook time: 4 hour 00 min Total time: 4 hour 25 min (makes 2 litres) Ingredients     6 fruit mince pies, crumbled     8 glazed cherries, finely chopped     2 pieces glazed ginger, finely chopped     2 vanilla ice cream, softened slightly     ice cream cones, to serve Preparation 1. Fold pies, cherries and ginger into the ice cream then return to the freezer and chill until firm. 2. Serve scoops of ice cream in cones.
