Ingredients     1 tbsp sweet beans     1 tbsp garbanzo     1 tbsp nata de coco (jelly of fermented coconut water)     1 tbsp kaong (sugar palm fruit)     1 tbsp sweet ube (sweet potato jam)     1 tbsp red monggo (bean)     1 tbsp sweet langka (jackfruit)     1 tbsp leche flan (custard)     1 tbs sweet banana     2 tbsp sugar     200g crushed ice     3 tbsp evaporated milk     1 scoop ice-cream Preparation Mix all the ingredients, except ice, milk and ice cream. Place in a serving bowl and layer with ice. Pour milk and top with ice cream.
