Ingredients     800 gms fillet of salmon, cleaned and cut into small pieces     6 gms saffron     60 gms chopped dill     200 ml grape juice     8 gms salt     4 gms white pepper     100 gms cherry tomato     100 gms lemon     60 ml lemon juice     40 gms onion     120 gms butter     50 gms cream      Preparation     Marinate salmon with saffron, salt, pepper and lemon juice for 30 minutes.Grill till golden brown on both sides.     Heat butter in a sauté pan, add onion and the grape juice. Let it boil till it reduces to a sauce-like consistency.     Add cream and bring to a oil.Remove from heat, mix well.Pour the sauce on top of the salmon and garnish with cherry tomatoes. Serve warm.
