Ingredients     15 gms butter     10 gms finely chopped onion     75 gms green peas     75 gms broccoli florets     15 gms flour     100 ml vegetable stock     10 ml cream     5 gms sugar     10 gms chopped red pepper     Salt and pepper to taste Preparation     Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté onion until soft.Add broccoli, peas and flour. Stir for a minute and then add vegetable stock.     Stir well to ensure that there are no lumps. let it cook till the vegetables are tender. Blend and sieve to make a fine puree.     Add cream and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Garnish with chopped red pepper and serve.
