Ingredients 50ml/2fl oz double cream 50ml/2fl oz condensed milk 100ml/3½fl oz whole milk 1 tbsp instant coffee 2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped 50g/1¾oz chocolate, melted handful ice Preparation method Place all the ingredients into a food processor with ½ the ice and blend until smooth. To serve, transfer the mixture into a tall glass and add the remaining ice.
