Ingredients     100 gms carrot, cut into chunks     25 gms onion, sliced     10 gms garlic, chopped     10 gms ginger, chopped     25 gms flour     25 gms butter     500 ml vegetable stock     20 ml fresh cream     Salt and pepper, to taste Preparation     Heat butter in a saucepan.Add onion and garlic and saute for a few minutes.     Then add carrot, ginger and flour and cook till flour begins to brown.     Add vegetable stock and combine well by whisking continuously. Bring the mixture to a boil and make sure the carrot is well cooked.     Puree the mixture and bring it to a boil.Adjust seasoning, add cream and serve hot.
