1.  Chinese chicken salad For an easy and delicious  salad, toss together shredded red and green cabbage, grated carrot, toasted sesame seeds, chopped coriander, a finely-chopped chilli and some shredded chicken. Splash with a ginger-soy salad dressing and garnish with fried noodles. 2.  Pasta bake Add shredded chicken to your next pasta bake or pasta dish to add protein and more flavour. 3.  Spicy Thai wraps Combine a small handful of shredded chicken with some reduced-fat mayonnaise and half a teaspoon of curry paste then spread on a tortilla. Top with tomato, bean sprouts, lettuce, cucumber, capsicum, and coriander or basil and roll up. 4.  Cheesy chicken sammies Give a cheese and tomato sandwich a flavour kick by adding shredded chicken mixed with a dollop of reduced-fat mayonnaise and cracked pepper. 5.  Chicken noodle salad Make an Asian noodle dish by combining cooked vermicelli noodles, a handful of shredded chicken, sweet chilli sauce, finely-chopped chilli, coriander, roasted peanuts and a dash of lime juice. 6.  Snappy party snacks At your next party, wow your guests with this delicious canapé:top savoury biscuits or baked pita chips with spoonfuls of shredded chicken mixed with sun-dried tomato pesto. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and chopped basil. 7.  Barbecued chicken pizza A new pizza flavour the whole family will love! Combine shredded chicken with barbecue sauce in a bowl and set aside. Top a pizza base with a little more barbecue sauce, chopped tomatoes, thinly-sliced red onion, mozzarella cheese, coriander and chicken. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. 8.  Chicken chowder 9.Cook a slice of lean bacon and set aside. Sauté a chopped onion then stir in two tablespoons of flour. Add one cup of trim milk, one grated potato and one cup of corn (creamed or kernels). Bring to the boil then simmer 10 minutes. Stir in chopped bacon and a large handful of shredded chicken. Heat through before serving. 10.  Legume lunchCombine shredded chicken, couscous, chickpeas, chopped tomatoes and celery together in a bowl. Top it with olive oil and lemon juice and serve with a whole-grain bread roll. Or wrap it all up in a piece of lavash bread or wholemeal tortilla.
