Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Tuesday at Seif Palace Dr. Meteb Zain Al-Mutairi who presented His Highness with a book entitled "Reading is a pleasure and a skill". H.H. also received Jafar Mulla Ali and Dr. Afrah Jafar Mulla Ali, where the latter presented His Highness with a copy of her PhD dissertation on the translation of Kuwaiti stories into Spanich from an ideological and cultural perspective.
