Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, has visited the United State Congress and held several meetings with members of the Senate and the House of Representatives during his trip to the United States of America.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, SPA, Al-Jubeir met with Senator John McCain, Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, and his deputy, Senator Jack Reed. He also met with Senator Richard Burr, Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, and Representative Mac Thornberry, Chairman of House Armed Services Committee.
The meetings were attended by the Acting Commander of Saudi Royal Air Forces, Air Vice Marshall Mohammed Al-Otaibi, the Charge d'Affaires of the Saudi Embassy in the United States of America, Sami Al-Sadhan, and the Military Attache at the Saudi Embassy, Air Commander Yusuf Al-Harbi
