Prime Minister Hani al-Mulki Tuesday instructed ministries and public entities to facilitate the mission of the Independent Election Commission (IEC) and disseminate electoral awareness material in their locations ahead of the August, 15 municipal elections.

The prime minister issued the order in a statement, urging public institutions to help spread awareness, clarify procedures to the public about the electoral process and enhance participation in the polls.
