HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulations to Turkmenistan’s President Kurbanguly Berdymukhamedov on his country’s Independence Day.
