German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier will start a two-day visit to India on Saturday, during which he will meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj, a German Foreign Ministry official said Friday.
An economic delegation will accompany Steinmeier as German investments in India are expected to be one of the issues to feature in talks. The two sides are also set to discuss developments in Afghanistan, Iraq and Ukraine.
