Peugeot 2008 offers state-of-the-art engines and fuel economy of 61.8mpg

Peugeot 2008 offers state-of-the-art engines and fuel economy of 61.8mpg This year’s Fleet World Fleet Show at Silverstone gives fleet decision-makers their first chance to get up close and personal with the very latest new car launches, including the new Peugeot 2008 crossover, the latest Leon and Toledo models from SEAT and the new Nissan Note.
Peugeot has confirmed that its new 2008 will make its UK debut at Silverstone on Wednesday, April 24, providing fleet buyers with their first opportunity to view the new compact crossover.
Available for deliveries from July, the Peugeot 2008 offers state-of-the-art engines, fuel economy as high as 61.8mpg and CO2 emissions starting from just 98g/km.
Peugeot will also offer fleets the chance to drive the new Partner Electric from a selection of its extensive car and van range, including the sporty new 208 GTi and re-styled RCZ coupe, as well as low CO2 HYbrid4 models.
SEAT, meanwhile, has announced that both its new Leon and Toledo models will be available for fleet decision-makers to test on both the Silverstone Grand Prix and Stowe circuits as well as on public roads in the area.
The Leon will be presented in both FR and SE specification – both variants featuring generous levels of “Technology to Enjoy” such as the touchscreen Easy Connect system – with the Toledo appearing in value-for-money SE spec.
And Nissan will unveil the all-new NOTE, providing fleet decision-makers with their first opportunity to get close to Nissan’s B-sector contender.
The model, showcased at the Geneva motor show last month, is part of a new generation of European-designed, engineered and built models from Nissan and is focused on offering a combination of sharp design, low CO2 emissions and first-in-sector technologies.
The new launches form just part of a 200-model line-up from the 21 manufacturers present that will be available for driving at the Show.
Event organiser and managing editor of Fleet World, Ross Durkin, commented: \"This year’s Show will have a line-up of some of the very latest new car launches of interest to fleets. And for many, it will be their first opportunity to put these new vehicles through their paces on the two circuits or out on the various road routes that are available.\"
