Two people became ill while sitting for two hours in an airplane on the San Antonio International Airport tarmac without air conditioning, officials said. The passengers were aboard a VivaAerobus flight to Monterrey, Mexico, Sunday when their plane got delayed for two hours on the tarmac in 100-degree heat, the San Antonio Express-News reported. After being treated by airport paramedics, one of the passengers stayed on the flight while the other opted to get off, but not go to the hospital, airport spokeswoman Nora Castro said. No other details on the incident were reported.
