Turkish warplanes carried out air strikes in cross-borders regions in al-Amadiya district of Duhok province in Kurdistan Region of Iraq  overnight .  The bombardment lasted for over two hour,  said the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan ( PUK) in a statement , without giving any details on possible casualties or damage.
