South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda said that celebrations for International Tourism Day would continue through October. International Tourism Day seeks to reinvigorate the tourism industry. “Tourism rates reached 78 percent in past days, and tourists numbers are expected to increase even more,” said Fouda. According to Douda, tourist agencies would not cancel any bookings during upcoming days and tourism will increase in Sharm el-Sheikh when Arab and foreign tourists arrive.
