South Korea's eastern province of Gangwon will launch new flights connecting with two major cities in the Russian Far East and add tour packages in October to promote tourism between the two nations, the local government said Thursday.
Gangwon Province has recently signed an agreement with Russia's Mega Tour Company to launch new routes to Yangyang International Airport from two far eastern cities -- Khabarovsk and Vladivostok.
