Saudi Arabian Airlines will receive two Boeing 777-300 ER aircraft. It is the first batch out of a total of 20 aircraft of the same model that Saudia has agreed to purchase from Boeing. Assistant Director General for Public Relations Abdullah bin Mushabab Al-Ojhur said that after the delivery of the two planes, the airline would have received 52 new aircraft. Fifty of them are Airbus 320, 321 and 330 models. He said the airline will receive this year four more Boeing 777-300s and the remainder at a later date. It will also receive eight Boeing Dreamliner 9-787s.
