At 10.00 LST, on 8 October 2012, an active low pressure cell downgraded from tropical depression “GAEMI” covers the lower part of Central, Bangkok and vicinity. It is moving along monsoon trough to covering the western part of Central and the Gulf of Martaban, Myanmar tomorrow (9 Oct). Abundant rain and isolated heavy are likely in the East, the lower Central and the upper South during 1-2 days. People in risky areas should beware of heavy rain. This area includes Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Bangkok and Vicinity, Nakhon Phathom, Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkham, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Phetchaburi.        The advisory will be effect on 8 October 2012.         Issued at 11.30 a.m.
