German airline Lufthansa said on Thursday that it would avoid east Ukraine airspace after reports that a Malaysia airline flight crashed there.
Lufthansa Group spokesman Thomas Jachnow told Xinhua that flights of Lufthansa would avoid the airspace and four flights would be affected Thursday. He said it was not clear that how many flights would be affected in the future.
