An Italian flight made an emergency landing in Alexandria's Borg El-Arab airport after having taken off from Cairo en route to Rome.
The pilot made the landing after sensing a malfunction in the plane's equipment, an official source at the airport said.
The passengers are waiting for another plane to continue the trip.
