France has warned its citizens in Tunisia against travelling to the border area with Algeria. The French diplomacy has asked citizens to be \"safe, careful and cautious\" stressing the need to remain \"vigilant\" around these areas. The warnings come two weeks before French President Francois Hollande\'s visit to Tunisia - a first of its kind since the Tunisian revolution. Relations between the two countries have suffered from a notable decline, as the former Tunisian regime was one of Paris\' strongest allies.
