Egypt remains the most attractive destination for Russian tourists, according to Russian official data.
Russian Association of Tourist Agencies (RATA) said Thursday in a statement that more than 500,000 Russian tourists visited Egypt in the first quarter of 2014.
Thailand and the United Arab emirates followed Egypt on the list of Russian preferred destinations.
