Eleven hot air balloon flights took off in Luxor, carrying 215 tourists of various nationalities, head of the union of air balloon companies in Luxor Ahmed Abboud said on Wednesday.

Air balloon flights increased with the growing number of tourists visiting historical places in Luxor in addition to Egyptian visitors to the city, Abboud added.
